Ingredients
– 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20)
– 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
– ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt to taste
– Freshly ground pepper to taste
– 4 burger buns
– Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra parmesan, condiments
Instructions
1. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill to medium-high or preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil if using a skillet.
2. Prepare the Patty Mixture: In a bowl, mix the ground beef, minced garlic, grated parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Be gentle to avoid overworking the meat.
