- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
