Instructions
- Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then mix with marinara.
- Combine ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Stuff pasta shells with ricotta mixture, then top with beef sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
